Site Supervisor – Warehouse Automation | 3-6 Month Contract

Our client is a global leader in intelligent logistics solutions, delivering automated systems for warehouses, distribution centres, and production facilities worldwide. With a strong pipeline of projects across Australia, they are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to join their Project Delivery team.

The Role

This is a 3-6 month full-time fixed-term contract, with the possibility of extension. You will coordinate installation, commissioning, and engineering activities on site, ensuring large-scale automation projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to a high standard of quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Preparing and reviewing drawings and plans for mechanical and electrical installations
• Liaising with clients, direct builders, and sub-contractors
• Promoting innovation, improvement, risk identification, and safety management across OH&S and environmental requirements
• Sourcing necessary materials and resources
• Organising and supervising inspection and maintenance of installed equipment
• Day-to-day management of sub-contractors
• Coordinating regular quality assurance inspections
• Overseeing commissioning activities
• Ensuring safe installation procedures are followed

What You'll Bring

• 3+ years' experience as a Site Supervisor/Manager on large capital projects
• Mechanical and/or Electrical trade background
• Technical knowledge of material handling equipment advantageous
• Sound knowledge of WHSE requirements
• Strong, clear communication skills
• Proven team leadership experience
• Strong computer skills in MS Office
• Availability to travel interstate and overseas (APAC) as required
