Site Manager

Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering filed
• Minimum 10 in high labor content manufacturing (up to 150 employees and THB 600m turnover
• Experience in assembly manufacturing plant
• Develop high - performance culture
• Drive continuous improvement achieving Safety, Quality, Efficiency, Delivery and cost KPIs
• YoY Sales growth

Responsible:

• Manage the day-to-day production requirements ensuing daily, weekly, and monthly KPI's are achieved.
• Escalate and priorities issues impacting production with required departments and work with required resources to resolve and recover any shortfall.
• Drive sustainable improvement activities to deliver positive trends in sites Safety, Quality, Delivery, Inventory & Cost KPI's
• Reduce manufacturing waste and improve product flow via:
• Reinforcement of Lean Enterprise methodologies and skills
• Facilitate reviews of systems and processes utilizing appropriate Lean techniques
• Mentor/Coach Area managers and supervisors project teams utilizing Lean Principles
• Direct daily operation of production facilities to achieve world class levels of customer service and operating performance.
• Strategy development with hands on execution
• Has skill in commercial & financial management (full P&L owner ship)
• Operation Excellence / Lean Methodologies
