Site Manager

Our client is a well-established Brisbane construction company with a strong reputation for delivering quality commercial projects across South East Queensland.

With a diverse project portfolio across commercial, health, government, hospitality, retail, industrial and refurbishment, they deliver everything from high-end commercial fitouts through to complex refurbishments and new-build projects.

We are looking for an experienced Site Manager to join their team, working across projects in Brisbane and Brisbane's Northside.

What you'll be doing

• Manage day-to-day site operations from mobilisation through to completion
• Lead and coordinate subcontractors and trades
• Manage programme, quality, safety and site coordination
• Work closely with the Project Manager and wider construction team
• Coordinate consultants, suppliers and project stakeholders
• Maintain a high standard of workmanship and site presentation
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time and to specification

About you

• Proven experience as a Site Manager / Site Supervisor within commercial construction
• Experience across new builds, fitouts and/or refurbishments
• Strong understanding of construction processes and site management
• Confident managing subcontractors and multiple stakeholders
• Strong communication, organisation and problem-solving skills
• Trade or construction qualification highly regarded
• Brisbane-based with the ability to work across Brisbane/Northside projects
