Site Manager

BOMB SQUAD, a new player in the indoor leisure sector, is seeking a manager for its facility.

The main goal for us is to settle in England, that’s why who are looking for not only an employee but a real partner.

There will be a first phase of building, the facility itself and hire a team. Then you’ll need to operate the site.

Responsibilities will be varied: driving revenue growth, building partnerships, maintaining excellent customer relations, team management, recruitment, inventory management, reporting, etc.

The position is a permanent contract at a management level, with an associate package.

• Working hours vary according to seasonality; the manager must be present on-site during the center's operating days.

Here is a list of tasks (non-exhaustive):

Welcoming customers, supervising teams and the center, and launching game sessions.

Overseeing the upkeep and repair of game rooms.

Managing recruitment (in collaboration with owners) and staff scheduling.

Managing internal communication.

Managing inventory: cleaning supplies, paint, jumpsuits, smoke machine fluid, merchandise.

Handling customer relations: emails, quotes, invoicing, and outreach.

Handling daily phone inquiries.

Ensuring the cleanliness of the facility (exterior and storefront, reception area, staff room, restrooms, and game courses).

Maintaining player immersion within our themed universe.

Proactively proposing ideas and managing, training, and supervising teams.

Desired profile: French speaker, open-minded, rigorous, organized, proactive, with an aptitude for maintenance; dynamic, honest, and eager to commit to a long-term project; a positive team builder!

Pay: £32,000.00-£36,000.00 per year
