Site Manager

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• 5-10 years of experience in construction project management, site management, or related construction roles.
• Good command of written and spoken English is a must.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and AutoCAD.
• Strong analytical thinking and decision-making skills, with the ability to perform effectively under pressure.
• Excellent leadership, team coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong understanding of construction safety regulations, quality standards, and project risk management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all construction site activities from project planning through execution.
• Plan and control site operations to ensure alignment with the master plan, project schedule, and construction milestones.
• Monitor project progress, track key deliverables, and proactively address issues, delays, or site constraints.
• Coordinate with project teams, subcontractors, consultants, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and quality requirements across all site activities.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate construction risks to minimize project impacts and maintain operational efficiency.
• Lead and supervise site personnel, ensuring effective communication, teamwork, and performance management.
• Support project management in achieving project objectives related to scope, schedule, quality, safety, and cost performance.
