About the Position

Currently an opportunity exists for an experienced Site Supervisor to deliver a residential new home projects in the Logan area. Responsibilities will include:

• Managing programs and schedules
• Managing trades, materials and deliveries
• Ensuring Quality assurance and WHS
• Ensuring time lines and budgets are being met

What we're looking for

• QLD Builders or Supervisors Licence

• 5 years experience as a Site Supervisor on volume residential projects

• Experience in commercial projects or multresidential highly regarded

• Excellent construction knowledge

• High attention to detail and strong organisation

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
