The Opportunity
Drillforce WA is seeking an experienced and driven Site Manager to lead the safe and successful delivery of drill and blast operations across our Western Australian projects.

This is a critical leadership position responsible for managing the full project lifecycle, from mobilisation through to project completion, ensuring exceptional safety performance, operational excellence and outstanding client outcomes.

As Site Manager, you will lead crews, manage stakeholder relationships, oversee commercial performance and drive continuous improvement while living and promoting the Drillforce and Aquirian values every day.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all site-based drill and blast operations
• Drive a strong safety culture through visible leadership and accountability
• Manage project mobilisation, execution and demobilisation activities
• Lead and develop operational teams to achieve high-performance outcomes
• Build and maintain strong client and subcontractor relationships
• Manage workforce planning, scheduling, utilisation and fleet performance
• Monitor project delivery against operational, safety and financial targets
• Conduct incident investigations and implement effective corrective actions
• Identify, assess and escalate operational risks as required
• Ensure compliance with statutory, contractual and company requirements
• Deliver client reporting, project performance reviews and continuous improvement initiatives
• Manage commercial obligations and contract performance to achieve project objectives

About You
You are a Drill & Blast leader who thrives in dynamic mining environments and understands how to balance safety, production, people and client expectations.

Essential Experience

• Minimum 5 years' experience within the Drill and Blast sector
• Demonstrated experience managing Drill & Blast projects
• Proven leadership and crew management capability
• Experience managing clients, stakeholders and subcontractors
• Strong commercial and contract management experience
• Resource planning, scheduling and fleet management experience
• Incident investigation and root cause analysis capability
• Excellent communication, reporting and leadership skills

Qualifications & Licences

• S26 Statutory Supervisor Qualification
• Dangerous Goods Security Card (DGSC)
• HR Driver's Licence
• Shotfirer's Ticket (where required)
• Current Australian Work Rights
