**About the Position.**As a Site Manager, you’ll oversee the day-to-day delivery of various commercial and multi-residential developments valued from $15M - $50M across Canberra. The role entails management of all site activities, guiding teams, and ensuring outstanding standards in quality, safety, and timelines. You’ll play a central role in bringing high-profile projects to life, working alongside an accomplished Project Manager and a skilled support crew.

Duties.

• Manage site safety, WHS, trades and subcontractors
• Implement the construction programming
• Ensure time restraints are adhered to
• Conduct inductions and tool box talks
• Read and interpret detailed site plans
• Scheduling of works and deliveries
• Site set out and mark out

Skills & Experience.

• Previous experience as a Site Supervisor / Manager on jobs $10M+
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to lead and coordinate site personnel
• Thorough understanding of WHS and site safety
