Site Manager

Flagship Facility Services is looking for an experienced, hands-on leader to take full ownership of our Palm Beach airport account. This isn't a desk job — you'll be on-site, in the mix, leading a crew that keeps a transportation hub clean, safe, and welcoming for thousands of travelers every day.

What You'll Do

• Own the day-to-day operations of field crews delivering contracted and extracontractual work
• Keep supplies, materials, and equipment stocked and ready — no surprises, no downtime
• Partner with the VP of Operations to build smarter systems and processes that scale with company growth
• Recruit, motivate, and mentor a high-performing team; build a culture people want to be part of
• Set the tone for accountability, quality, and results across the account
• Track costs, performance, and progress against goals — and course-correct fast when needed
• Run regular training sessions on procedures and safety
• Walk the site regularly to make sure the work meets Flagship's quality bar, every time
• Be the face of Flagship for this customer — attend orientations, check in regularly, and spot opportunities for additional work
• Keep tools and equipment secure, maintained, and ready to go
• Evaluate your team's performance and invest in their growth
• Help grow the account by building relationships in the local community

What You Bring

• Prior management experience in building maintenance, janitorial services, or a related service industry — bonus points if you've helped roll out new tech or processes along the way
• Experience operating in a fast-paced, corporate environment
• A natural communicator who can talk shop with frontline staff and hold your own with executive leadership
• A genuine knack for customer service — internal and external
• The ability to rally people, build morale, and get the best out of a team
• Bilingual English/Spanish — strongly preferred
• Comfort with Microsoft Office and the ability to pick up proprietary software quickly
• Solid grasp of maintenance equipment, materials, and best practices
• A steady hand under pressure — this environment moves fast and schedules shift
