Trifecta Recruitment have partnered with one of Australia’s leading fitout contractors, renowned for delivering high-quality commercial, healthcare and government projects across the country.

With a long-standing presence in the Australian construction market and a strong pipeline of secured work, they are now looking to appoint an experienced Site Manager to join their team in Launceston, Tasmania.

Your New Role

• Managing the day-to-day operations and overall delivery of projects on site.
• Coordinating subcontractors, trades, suppliers and site personnel.
• Driving the construction programme and ensuring key milestones are achieved.
• Maintaining high standards across safety, quality and workmanship.
• Managing site logistics, sequencing and coordination of works.
• Conducting site meetings, toolbox talks and subcontractor meetings.
• Working closely with Project Managers, Contract Administrators and the wider project team.
• Identifying and resolving site issues to keep projects on programme.
• Building strong relationships with clients, consultants and subcontractors.
• Managing projects through to practical completion and successful handover.

What You Need to Succeed

• Previous experience as a Site Manager within commercial construction.
• Strong commercial fitout and refurbishment experience.
• Healthcare or live-environment experience would be highly regarded.
• Australian construction experience.
• Strong understanding of construction programmes, sequencing and site coordination.
• Excellent subcontractor and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong knowledge of site safety and OH&S requirements.
• Ability to lead projects and maintain high standards within fast-paced environments.
