Site Manager

About the Role
 
Work as the No.1 Site Manager for a well-established and highly regarded construction company delivering quality projects across Sydney and Regional NSW.
 
You will take full ownership of a $5M project in the Southern Highlands, overseeing the construction of multiple buildings and associated external works.

This is a well-organised project requiring a quality-focused Site Manager who can drive the program, coordinate trades and subcontractors, maintain high safety standards and deliver the project through to completion.
 
Key Responsibilities

• Manage the project from site establishment through to completion
• Coordinate subcontractors, trades and site activities
• Drive the construction program and short-term lookaheads
• Maintain strong safety, quality and environmental standards
• Manage inspections, defects and project documentation
• Liaise with the client, consultants and project stakeholders
• Ensure works are delivered on time and to a high standard

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years' experience as a Site Manager
• Proven experience running projects from start to finish
• Strong understanding of commercial construction processes
• Excellent subcontractor and trade management skills
• Strong focus on safety, quality and program
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Relevant trade or construction qualification preferred
