Established in 1994, the business has built a strong reputation for delivering major construction projects and has a proven, long-term presence in the Queensland market.

They are now seeking an experienced Apartment Site Manager to lead the delivery of a major $100M apartment development in North Brisbane.

The project offers the opportunity to join a well-resourced team and play a key role in delivering a 15-storey apartment development from commencement through to completion, with the autonomy to make decisions and drive site performance.

The Role

As Site Manager, you will lead the day-to-day construction activities across the project, working closely with the Project Manager and wider delivery team.

You will be responsible for coordinating trades and subcontractors, managing programme and sequencing, and ensuring the project is delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard.

Key responsibilities:

• Managing day-to-day site operations
• Leading the construction of a 15-storey apartment project with 2 basement levels
• Managing programme, sequencing and construction methodology
• Coordinating subcontractors, suppliers and trades
• Managing site logistics, access, deliveries and crane operations
• Leading and developing the site team
• Driving safety, quality and programme performance
• Managing construction interfaces across multiple levels and trades
• Coordinating consultants and project stakeholders
• Monitoring project milestones and resolving issues proactively
• Working closely with the Project Manager and commercial team to achieve project outcomes

About You

You are an experienced Apartment Site Manager with a strong track record delivering multi-storey apartment projects.

A minimum of 5 years' experience as a Site Manager delivering apartments is essential. You will have a solid understanding of the complexities involved in multi-storey construction and the ability to lead a major project through to completion.

You will have:

• Minimum 5 years' experience as an Apartment Site Manager
• Proven experience delivering large-scale apartment projects
• Experience delivering projects of $50M+ in value
• Strong multi-storey construction experience
• Experience with basement construction
• Strong understanding of construction sequencing and methodology
• Proven subcontractor and site team management capability
• Excellent programme and site logistics management skills
• Strong leadership and decision-making ability
• The ability to work autonomously and make sound site-based decisions
• A strong focus on safety, quality and programme
• Relevant construction qualifications

Candidates without substantial apartment Site Manager experience will not be considered.
