Over the last 4 years they have developed their in house design team to help them win D&C work directly with end users and asset owners meaning projects stack up from a construction perspective not just cost giving you, the Site Manager a clean run at each project with a project incentive scheme written into your contract.
The incentive is based on hard data, is not discretionary, so you know if you do the work well, you will be rewarded. The incentives help align team behaviours so everyone is focused on the right outcomes making for a productive and enjoyable workplace.
Most of their projects are commercial workspaces however they also do Hospitality and hotels giving you a variety of work throughout the year.
