Site Manager

Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Site Manager to lead and oversee construction or infrastructure projects from inception to completion. This pivotal role involves coordinating teams, managing resources, and ensuring that project milestones are achieved on time, within scope, and in compliance with safety standards. As a Site Manager, you will be the driving force behind smooth daily operations on-site, fostering a productive environment that promotes quality workmanship and safety excellence. Duties

• Plan, coordinate, and supervise daily site activities to ensure project progress aligns with scheduled timelines and quality standards
• Manage on-site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to optimize productivity and maintain high safety standards
• Utilize Primavera P6 software for detailed project scheduling, resource allocation, and progress tracking
• Oversee the implementation of civil design plans using Civil 3D software to ensure accuracy and adherence to specifications
• Monitor site safety protocols rigorously, conduct regular inspections, and enforce compliance with health and safety regulations
• Control project documentation, including daily reports, safety logs, and progress updates, ensuring accurate record-keeping
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to report on project status, resolve issues promptly, and adapt plans as needed

Requirements

• Proven experience in site management within construction or civil engineering projects
• Strong proficiency in Primavera P6 project management software
• Skilled in Civil 3D for civil design review and implementation
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities with a focus on team coordination and safety enforcement
• Knowledge of construction processes, quality assurance practices, and regulatory compliance
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing project demands while maintaining attention to detail

Pay: £50,000.00-£65,000.00 per year
