We're looking for a Site Manager who thrives on the ground, enjoys leading teams, solving real-world challenges, and ensuring every project is delivered safely, on time, and at the highest quality standard.

This role will be assigned to active project sites across Indonesia, primarily in Jabodetabek, Bandung, and Bali.

What You'll Do

• Lead day-to-day site operations from project kickoff to handover.
• Coordinate field teams, subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers.
• Ensure project execution aligns with drawings, specifications, timeline, and quality standards.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to Project Manager and management.
• Manage manpower allocation and site productivity.
• Ensure materials, equipment, and resources are available as needed.
• Conduct site inspections and quality control checks.
• Enforce HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) standards across the project site.
• Identify potential risks, solve site issues quickly, and keep projects moving forward.
• Maintain site documentation, reports, and project records.

Site Managers play a critical role in ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and according to quality standards.

What We're Looking For

• Min. Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, Construction Management, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience managing construction, fit-out, interior, or design-build projects.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, site execution, and technical drawings.
• Able to lead field teams and coordinate multiple stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced project environment.
• Willing to travel and be assigned to project sites across Indonesia.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and project reporting tools.
