What they need
- Report to Project Manager
- Overall planning, coordinating site activities, site management & budgeting
- Monitor work progress and quality control
- Plan ahead on construction material, machineries equipment and tools for site use
- Liaise and follow up with consultants, sub-contractors and local authorities
- Monitor sub-contractors’ performance and progress of works and claims.
- Ensure all the works are carried out in accordance to the drawings, specifications, construction plan, procedures, work instruction & etc
- Lead and motivate site team members, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
