Site Manager

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all on-site construction activities and ensure work progresses according to project schedules and specifications
• Manage and supervise site personnel, subcontractors, and labour teams to maintain productivity and safety standards
• Monitor project budgets, track expenditures, and report on financial performance to senior management
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations across all site operations
• Conduct regular site inspections and quality checks to verify that work meets contractual requirements and industry standards
• Coordinate material procurement, delivery schedules, and equipment allocation on site
• Maintain accurate site records, documentation, and daily logs of progress and incidents
• Communicate effectively with project stakeholders, clients, and design teams regarding site status and any issues
• Manage risk assessment and implement corrective actions to prevent delays or cost overruns
• Liaise with local authorities and handle permit requirements and site compliance matters

What we're looking for

• Minimum 5 years of experience in construction site management, preferably in Indonesia or similar markets
• Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale construction projects from inception to completion
• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, building codes, and safety regulations
• Excellent leadership and team management abilities with experience supervising diverse workforces
• Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office applications
• Solid understanding of budgeting, cost control, and financial reporting
• Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal
