Responsibilities:

As a Car Wash Manager, you will ensure the daily operation of a best-in-class car wash facility by managing people, processes, and performance. Your key responsibilities include:

• Leading and developing the car wash team and culture
• Making sure your team is successfully hitting their sales goals
• Ensuring top-tier customer service and satisfaction
• Managing schedules and optimizing labor efficiency
• Managing inventory
• Overseeing equipment maintenance and cleanliness schedules
• Maintaining a safe and clean environment for both employees and customers
• Administering and resolving customer damage claims
• Performing other duties as assigned or needed
• Working collaboratively with other team members

Qualifications:

• Previous car wash experience is typically required
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and general MS Office Suite
• Comfortable using hand and electric tools
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Strong customer service skills
• attention to detail
