Site Manager

• Manage and oversee daily project/site operations and project team.
• Plan and monitor project activities, schedules, work orders and progress to ensure timely completion.
• Coordinate with the main contractor, subcontractors and site team to ensure smooth execution of steel works.
• Monitor site quality, safety and installation works to ensure compliance with drawings and project requirements.
• Handle project documentation and correspondence related to site works.

Job Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent (experience-based candidates are encouraged to apply).
• Minimum 5 years relevant experience.
• Proficient in English & Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is an advantage.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
• Able to work independently and under pressure.
• Willing to work 6 days/week (Mon–Sat, 8:30am–5:00pm).
• Knowledge of stainless steel/metal works is an advantage.

Pay: RM7,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
