Site Manager

The Site Manager is responsible for overseeing daily operations at the construction site, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to quality and safety standards. The Site Manager coordinates with contractors, suppliers, engineers, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage and supervise all on-site construction activities.

* Ensure projects are completed according to schedules, budgets, and company standards.

* Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and suppliers.

* Monitor the quality of work and ensure compliance with project specifications.

* Ensure all health, safety, and environmental regulations are followed.

* Conduct regular site inspections and identify potential risks or issues.

* Review project plans, drawings, and technical documents.

* Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.

* Monitor material usage and equipment on site.

* Resolve construction-related problems and make recommendations to management.

* Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping of site activities.

* Attend project meetings and provide updates to stakeholders.

* Manage and supervise site staff and workers.

Requirements

* Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field.

* Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management or site supervision.

* Strong knowledge of construction methods, building regulations, and safety standards.

* Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

* Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software.

* Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

* Good organizational and time-management skills.

* Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience managing residential, commercial, or hospitality projects.

* Certification in project management or construction safety is an advantage.

* Experience working with international teams and stakeholders is preferred.
