Site Manager

Define, in collaboration with the General Management, the site's objectives and priorities and ensure their operational implementation. Manage the site's overall performance and ensure reporting to the General Management. Supervise the execution of production programs in terms of volume, quality, cost, and deadlines. Optimize the use of equipment, raw materials, and human resources. Lead initiatives to improve productivity, industrial efficiency, and reduce losses. Guarantee compliance with quality and food safety requirements, including HACCP, GMP, and GMP principles. Ensure the availability and reliability of equipment and supervise maintenance activities. Guarantee compliance with HSE rules and develop a genuine culture of prevention and safety. Coordinate activities with the Supply Chain and Logistics functions to ensure Availability of raw materials, packaging and finished products; Managing site operating costs, monitoring budgets and identifying optimization opportunities; Participating in the management of industrial projects, investments and modernization of facilities; Developing skills, supporting team performance and fostering a constructive social climate; Implementing and monitoring KPIs to measure the performance of the site's various activities; Reporting on the performance of one's activity to General Management

Desired Candidate Profile

Required Experience: Minimum 10 years in the agri-food sector, ideally cheese production, including 5 years as a Site/Plant Director or in a similar industrial role.

University degree in agri-food, production, process engineering, industrial management or equivalent training. A specialization in industrial management is an asset.
