Site Manager

The site manager is responsible for the day-to-day management and smooth operation of the car wash and valet facility. The role involves overseeing staff, maintaining high standards of customer service and ensuring vehicle cleaning quality, managing site operations and achieving sales and profitability targets.

The successful candidate will lead the team to ensure compliance and health and safety, manage customer expectations and maintain a professional working environment.

Responsibilities:

· Manage daily operations of car wash and valet facility

· Supervise opening and closing times efficiently

· Allocate staff duties and manage workflow effectively

· Ensure all equipment, machinery are in good working condition

· Supervise and maintain stock levels of cleaning products

· Monitor and maintain high levels of customer service

· Resolve operational issues promptly and report any significant problems to senior management

· Supervise and motivate all staff to ensure company procedures and operating standards

· Monitor staff attendance ,punctuality, performance and productivity

· Train new employees in all procedures and standards

· Promote teamwork, professionalism and accountability

· Carry out regular inspections of completed car washes and valets

· Responsible for targets and sales performance

· Ensure employees comply with company insurance requirements and vehicle handling procedures

Requirements:

· Previous experience in a management or supervisory role preferably in car wash/valet business

· Excellent communication skills, strong leadership ability

· A proactive approach

· Good organisational and time management skills

· A high attention to detail

· Ability to maintain accurate records and knowledge of health and safety procedures

· A full valid driving licence

Pay: From €30,000.00 per year
