What you'll bring

• A qualified carpentry background with a strong understanding of residential construction.
• At least three years' experience managing knockdown rebuild projects valued at least $1M+ and experience working on architecturally designed builds.
• A genuine eye for detail and pride in delivering quality finishes.
• The ability to manage trades, coordinate site activities and keep projects moving without compromising standards.
• A proactive, solutions-focused approach and the confidence to take ownership of your projects.
• The ambition to grow alongside a business that rewards initiative and invests in its people.
