WE’RE HIRING: SITE MANAGER | GALWAY CITY

Location: Galway City, Co. Galway

Project: Hotel Development

I’m currently looking to speak with experienced Site Managers for an exciting hotel project in Galway City

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated Site Manager with strong main contractor experience to take a key role in the delivery of a hotel development.

🔹 The Role

• Oversee day-to-day site operations and coordinate subcontractors.
• Manage construction programmes, ensuring works are delivered on schedule.
• Maintain high standards of health and safety, quality and workmanship.
• Coordinate with project teams, design teams and subcontractors.
• Monitor progress on site and proactively resolve construction issues.
• Ensure works are completed in line with project specifications and building regulations.

🔹 What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience as a Site Manager with a main contractor.
• Experience delivering commercial, hospitality or large-scale building projects.
• Strong leadership, organisational and communication skills.
• A proactive approach to programme management, quality control and site safety.
