Site Manager

About the role

Manage, coordinate, and supervise the overall works of building construction. Lead a team of site personnel and workers in the planning and execution of day-to-day operations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage, coordinate, and supervise the overall works of building construction
• Lead a team of site personnel and workers in the planning and execution of day-to-day operations
• Monitor overall reporting of work progress to the management
• Provide support by responding to issues / problems arising
• Coordinate and liaise with all consultants, sub-contractors
• Monitor and regulate the quality of performance of sub-contractors
• Plan and review the project schedule and budget progressively
• Perform any other ad-hoc tasks as maybe assigned by the superior or Company

About you

• Possess at least a Diploma, Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent
• At least 15 year(s) of relevant working experience
• Able to speak in Malay/English, Mandarin will be an added advantage
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Physically fit and agile
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision
• Positive attitude, able to multi-task and work in a fast-pace environment
• Demonstrate good team work skills and maintain a strong team spirit with all relevant parties
• Willing to work at the site
• Willing to on-call and work on weekends and holidays when required
