Position 1 – Groundworks & Structural Construction

Ideal for a Site Manager with strong experience in:

  • Site establishment, excavation and ground preparation.
  • Foundations, drainage and underground services.
  • Reinforced concrete and structural works.
  • Managing groundworks and structural subcontractors.

Position 2 – Four-Storey Build Refurbishment to Care Home

Ideal for a Site Manager experienced in multi-storey construction, including:

  • Structural and superstructure works.
  • Coordinating multiple trades and subcontractors.
  • Internal partitions, drylining and finishing works.

  • Quality inspections, snagging and project handover.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day site operations and construction activities.

  • Monitor construction programmes and resolve delays.
  • Interpret drawings, specifications and technical information.
  • Maintain quality standards and ensure compliance with building regulations.
  • Ensure health and safety procedures are followed.
  • Attend site meetings and provide progress updates.
  • Oversee inspections, snagging and final handover.

Essential Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Site Manager in a similar construction management role.
  • Strong background in main contracting and new-build construction.
  • Experience managing subcontractors, site teams and construction programmes.
  • Good technical knowledge of construction methods, drawings and specifications.
  • Understanding of groundworks, foundations, drainage and structural works.

  • Valid CSR or CSCS management card.
  • First Aid at Work certification.
