About Quick N Clean

Quick N Clean is looking for a motivated, people-focused Site Manager to lead the daily operations of one of our fast-paced, high-volume car wash locations. While previous car wash experience is not required, successful candidates will have a strong background in leadership, sales, customer service, and team development.

This role is ideal for proven leaders from retail, restaurant, hospitality, automotive, or other customer-focused industries who are passionate about developing people, driving results, and building a winning culture. As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for growing revenue, increasing membership sales, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and leading a high-performing team.

Position Summary

The Site Manager serves as the leader of the site and is responsible for all aspects of daily operations, team performance, customer satisfaction, and financial results. This individual will recruit, hire, train, coach, and develop team members while creating a positive, energetic, and accountable work environment. The ideal candidate leads from the front, sets high standards, and inspires others to achieve outstanding results.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead all daily site operations to ensure a safe, clean, efficient, and profitable environment.
• Drive sales performance and membership growth through active customer engagement, coaching, and team development.
• Deliver a world-class customer experience by resolving concerns quickly and professionally.
• Recruit, hire, onboard, train, and retain top-performing team members.
• Create effective schedules that support operational needs while managing labor costs.
• Coach and develop employees through regular feedback, performance management, and hands-on leadership.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement action plans to drive growth and profitability.
• Manage labor, inventory, supplies, and operating expenses.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and operational excellence.
• Foster a positive, team-oriented culture built on accountability, recognition, and continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Previous management experience in retail, restaurant, hospitality, automotive service, or another customer-focused environment required.
• General Manager, Store Manager, Assistant Manager, or multi-unit leadership experience preferred.
• Proven success in driving sales, revenue growth, and customer satisfaction.
• Experience recruiting, hiring, training, coaching, and developing employees.
• Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Strong understanding of performance metrics and how to use them to improve results.
• Passion for leading people, developing future leaders, and growing a business.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
