We're looking for a Site Manager who thrives on the ground, enjoys leading teams, solving real-world challenges, and ensuring every project is delivered safely, on time, and at the highest quality standard.

📍 Placement: Bali Project Sites

What You'll Do

• Lead day-to-day site operations from project kickoff to handover.
• Coordinate field teams, subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers.
• Ensure project execution aligns with drawings, specifications, timeline, and quality standards.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to Project Manager and management.
• Manage manpower allocation and site productivity.
• Ensure materials, equipment, and resources are available as needed.
• Conduct site inspections and quality control checks.
• Enforce HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) standards across the project site.
• Identify potential risks, solve site issues quickly, and keep projects moving forward.
• Maintain site documentation, reports, and project records.

What We're Looking For

• Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience managing construction, fit-out, interior, or design-build projects.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, site execution, and technical drawings.
• Able to lead field teams, supervise on-site activities, and coordinate multiple stakeholders.
• Good communication skills to coordinate effectively with internal teams, clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Strong administrative skills, including site documentation, reporting, and project record management.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced project environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and project reporting tools.
