SITE MANAGER / CONSTRUCTION MANAGER

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee all daily construction activities and site operations to ensure compliance with project schedules and specifications
• Manage site teams including labourers, tradespeople, and subcontractors, ensuring effective communication, safety compliance, and productivity
• Monitor project progress against timelines and budgets, implementing corrective actions where necessary to maintain project objectives
• Liaise between clients, consultants, architects, and internal teams to ensure seamless project coordination and issue resolution

What we're looking for

• Minimum 5-7 years of experience in construction site (Landscape & Infrastructure Works)
• Relevant qualifications such as a Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent professional certification
• Working at Serenia City, Dengkil
