As we continue to grow, we're looking for an experienced Site Manager to join our team and help us maintain that reputation.

What you'll be doing

• Managing all on-site activities from pre-start through to practical completion

• Coordinating subcontractors and site personnel across aviation and fitout works

• Ensuring full compliance with OH&S, airport security protocols, and regulatory requirements

• Monitoring project timelines, budgets, and quality benchmarks

• Liaising with clients, project managers, consultants, and airport/facility stakeholders

• Maintaining site documentation, diaries, ITPs, and inspection records

• Managing works in live, operational environments with minimal disruption to end users

What we're looking for

• Proven experience as a Site Manager in commercial construction — fitout and/or aviation experience highly regarded

• Comfortable working in access-controlled, security-sensitive environments

• Current Construction Induction (White Card) and valid driver's licence

• Strong knowledge of building codes, Australian Standards, and WHS legislation

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders

• A solutions-focused mindset with high attention to detail and finish quality
