Site Manager - High Rise Apartment

About the role

Our client is an established builder-developer is seeking an experienced Site Manager with a strong background in high-rise residential and reinforced concrete construction to oversee an apartment project in Bayside, Eastern Suburbs Brisbane.

Key responsibilities

• Take overall responsibility for day-to-day site operations and construction delivery.
• Lead and coordinate subcontractors, trades and site personnel across multiple work fronts.
• Manage construction sequencing, programming, structural cycles and project milestones.
• Oversee quality, safety, inspections, defects and compliance throughout the project.
• Coordinate with the Project Manager, engineers, consultants, certifiers and subcontractors to resolve issues and maintain programme.

About you

• 8+ years' Site Management experience across high-rise residential or major reinforced concrete projects.
• Proven experience overseeing multi-level post-tensioned slab construction – essential.
• Strong understanding of formwork systems, reinforcement, concrete placement and structural cycle management.
• QBCC Open Builder Licence (Supervisor or Builder Class).
• White Card and current Australian Driver's Licence.
• Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills, with proven ability to manage subcontractors, programme, quality and WHS.
