Site Manager - Hydro

For our client, we are seeking a Site Manager - Hydro to join the team of a leader in the Business Services space.

This role will oversee on-site hydro project delivery with a strong focus on schedule, quality, budget, and safe execution. The Site Manager will coordinate site teams, manage personnel development, and support multiple project locations as needed. This position also partners closely with stakeholders to address technical challenges, improve operational performance, and maintain high standards across civil and mechanical work.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $100,000 – $166,700 annually

Responsibilities

• Oversee all on-site projects, ensuring adherence to schedule, quality, and budget
• Lead the site team and coordinate multiple project sites if required
• Direct personnel management, including staffing, performance development, and training
• Utilize technical experience to propose innovative solutions to operational challenges
• Ensure compliance with EHS standards and improve safety measures on-site

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or 10+ years of hydro/generation supervisory experience
• 7 years of experience managing on-site project delivery for civil and mechanical activities
• Experience applying technical knowledge to project management and operations
• Strong communication and leadership skills to motivate site teams and manage stakeholders
• Proven ability to work under pressure and address complex project challenges
