The Opportunity

As Site Manager, you’ll lead the day-to-day operations of new build construction sites (up to $25M in value), ensuring safe, timely, and high-quality delivery. You’ll manage subcontractors, maintain site safety standards, and work closely with project teams to keep things moving smoothly.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Manage all on-site construction activities
• Coordinate trades and site logistics to meet program milestones
• Conduct toolbox talks, site inductions, and daily pre-starts
• Ensure safety, environmental, and quality compliance using HammerTech or similar systems
• Perform QA checks and manage defect rectification
• Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
• Liaise with Project Managers, consultants, and stakeholders
• Monitor subcontractor performance and resolve site issues promptly

What You’ll Need

• Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Site Manager on commercial or education sector builds
• Experience delivering new build projects up to $25M
• White Card and valid Driver’s Licence
• Strong leadership, communication, and site coordination skills
• Solid understanding of construction programs, sequencing, and site safety
• Familiarity with HammerTech or similar safety systems
• Cert IV in Building & Construction or WHS (advantageous)
• Experience with roofing or working at heights – highly regarded
• Full Australian working rights
