The Opportunity
  
Contract Period: 28 October 2026 – 7 February 2027
Location: Brisbane CBD
Hours: Monday-Friday 6:00pm to 4:00am (Max)

We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to support the delivery of a commercial project in Brisbane CBD on a fixed term contract basis from 28 October 2026 through to 7 February 2027. Working on night shift, you will take ownership of on site coordination, safety, quality and programme delivery while ensuring minimal disruption within a live environment.

You’ll play a key role in:

• Lead site safety, environmental and quality requirements throughout each project
• Review subcontractor safe work method statements and conduct site inductions
• Coordinate day-to-day site activities, subcontractor works and site meetings
• Develop and manage short- and long-term construction programmes with the Project Manager
• Monitor workmanship, manage defects and ensure quality requirements are met
• Maintain project records, site diaries, risk controls and delivery system compliance

What you’ll bring:

• Experience delivering commercial projects valued from $5 million or more
• Strong understanding of construction programmes, specifications, drawings and buildability
• A collaborative, respectful approach that builds strong relationships with clients, subcontractors and colleagues
