The Opportunity

We are looking for an experienced Site Manager / Lead Site Manager to join the team on a two-block apartment development in Drogheda .

The project is scheduled for completion in November 2027 , with further developments in the pipeline, offering the opportunity for a long-term position with the business.

This role would suit an experienced Site Manager who is comfortable taking ownership of a residential project, managing subcontractors and trades, and driving the build through to completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Take responsibility for the day-to-day management of the site.
• Coordinate subcontractors, trades and site teams.
• Manage construction activities across both apartment blocks.
• Ensure works are progressing in line with programme and deadlines.
• Coordinate with the Project Manager, engineers, design team and subcontractors.
• Monitor quality and workmanship throughout the project.
• Manage health & safety requirements and site compliance.
• Plan and coordinate labour, materials, plant and deliveries.
• Manage site logistics and sequencing between different trades.
• Attend and lead relevant site meetings.
• Maintain accurate site records and progress reports.
• Drive the project through to completion and handover in November 2027 .

Experience Required

• Proven experience as a Site Manager / Senior Site Manager within residential construction.
• Apartment / multi-unit residential experience preferred.
• Experience managing projects through the main construction and finishing stages.
• Strong subcontractor and trade management skills.
• Ability to coordinate multiple work packages and keep the project on programme.
• Good understanding of construction sequencing, quality control and site logistics.
• Strong health & safety awareness.
• Ability to take ownership of a project and operate as the lead person on site.

The Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate will be a hands-on Site Manager with strong residential experience , ideally with a background in apartment or multi-unit developments.
