About the Role

This is a hands-on leadership role overseeing residential construction across the Harris Crossing site, working alongside an established team and supporting the continued growth of the project.

Living Gems delivers high-quality homes within 12–16 weeks, so experience in volume or production residential construction is essential.

You’ll manage:

• A large-scale site with 500+ homes to be built over the next 3+ years
• Up to 60 homes at different stages of construction
• Contractors, labourers, and plant operators
• Scheduling and coordination via Onsite Companion
• Site set-up, framing, and through to handover - depending on your skills

Your focus: keep trades moving seamlessly from one house to the next by ensuring everyone is ready, scheduled, and productive.

What You’ll Bring

• Trade qualification carpentry preferred
• QBCC Supervisor Licence – essential or willingness to complete Training/Prior learning assessment
• Proven experience as a Site Manager in production or volume residential construction
• Strong understanding of construction sequencing and build-time management
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams and coordinate multiple trades
• Strong planning, organisation and communication skills
• Sound knowledge of OH&S, building requirements and quality standards
• Confidence using construction management software and technology
• Valid driver’s licence
• A proactive, hands-on leadership style
