As Nordec continues to strengthen its presence in Sweden and across Northern Europe, we are looking for experienced Site Managers to lead installation works on demanding construction projects.

This is an opportunity for an experienced site professional who enjoys combining technical expertise with people leadership, customer collaboration and hands-on project execution. In this role, you will be at the heart of project delivery, ensuring that installation activities are completed safely, efficiently and according to agreed quality and schedule targets.

As a Site Manager , you will act as one of Nordec's key representatives on site. You will lead installation teams and subcontractors, coordinate daily site operations and work closely with customers, project management and other stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading and coordinating on-site installation activities
• Managing site teams and subcontractors
• Ensuring quality, safety, schedule and productivity targets are achieved
• Acting as the main on-site contact towards customers and stakeholders
• Monitoring project progress and reporting to the Project Manager
• Resolving operational challenges and supporting efficient project execution

The role requires sound technical understanding, strong leadership capabilities and the ability to maintain productive relationships with customers, partners and site personnel in a dynamic project environment.

What We Are Looking For We are interested in professionals who bring solid site management experience from construction, industrial or other complex project environments. We strongly believe that success in this role requires excellent people management skills and the ability to lead, motivate, and develop others effectively.

To succeed in the role, you have:

• Several years of experience in site management, project management or a comparable leadership position
• Proven ability to lead teams and coordinate multiple stakeholders in demanding project environments
• Strong understanding of construction processes, site operations and safety requirements
• Experience from large industrial projects, data centers or other technically demanding construction projects is considered an advantage
• Fluent English language skills, Swedish is considered an advantage
• A structured, proactive and solution-oriented way of working
• Willingness to travel according to project requirements
