Site manager/laborer

Overview
Paramount Water Worx is looking for a reliable full-time employee to manage water features for one of our HOA accounts here in St.George.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining HOA water features
• Pressure washing
• Running fire hoses
• Pulling weeds around features
• Managing water levels and basic upkeep
• Must be able to lift/carry a 50 lb bucket

Skills

• Experience in using Google Maps/ reading physical maps
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently under pressure
• Physical stamina and strength to perform demanding labor tasks throughout the workday
• Effective communication skills for coordinating with company owner and home owners
• Ability to run pressure washer, fire hose, lift up to 50 lbs
• A proactive attitude with problem-solving skills to address on-site challenges quickly and effectively
• Must be dependable, hard working and able to work independently
