Site Manager/Project Manager

Lead the Next Generation of New Zealand's Hydro Power Projects

Project Manager Wanted

Not another office job. Not another construction site.

At ANDRITZ Hydropower, we build the machines that power New Zealand.

From remote mountain power stations to some of the country's most significant renewable energy infrastructure projects, our teams work where few others do—solving complex engineering challenges and delivering projects that keep New Zealand running.

We're looking for experienced leader who thrive when things get real.

A leader who can walk onto a site, build a team, solve problems, earn respect, and get the job done.

Right now, we're looking for an exceptional Project Manager to lead a major hydro generator refurbishment project at Maraetai 2 Power Station.

This role is for you if...

• You take pride in delivering projects safely, professionally and on time.
• And when things don't go according to plan, you're the person everyone looks to for answers.

---

What You'll Be Doing

• Leading major hydro and industrial projects from mobilisation through commissioning.
• Taking ownership of safety, programme, quality and project outcomes.
• Coordinating contractors, suppliers, customers and specialist engineering teams.
• Managing budgets, risks and opportunities.
• Making decisions and driving progress.
• Building strong customer relationships.
• Creating a culture where people go home safely every day.
