IPS Integrated Plumbing Services is a premier, Sydney-based hydraulic specialist. We deliver large-scale, multi-storey commercial and high-end residential plumbing across all of Greater Sydney.

We are currently expanding our leadership and technical teams and are seeking applicants who are proud of their craft, value precision, and would like to work alongside a professional, highly organised team that values quality. Applicants must have experience in multi-storey commercial or large-scale residential projects and possess strong communication skills and a solution-focused mindset

Current Openings

Plumbing Site Managers

• Oversee major multi-storey commercial and residential projects from ground-breaking to handover.
• Manage on-site programming, sub-contractors, and material procurement.
• Act as the primary point of contact for tier-1 builders and stakeholders.

Team Foremen

• Lead, mentor, and motivate on-site plumbing teams and apprentices.
• Coordinate daily task allocations and ensure milestones are hit safely and on time.
• Interpret plans and specs to resolve complex on-site technical issues.

Quality Control Officers (QC)

• Uphold the reputation of IPS by conducting meticulous hydraulic system inspections.
• Ensure all installations strictly comply with Australian Standards (AS3500) and project specs.
• Manage compliance logging, sign-offs, and defect rectification reporting.

Plumbing Engineers

• Design and optimise complex commercial hydraulic, drainage, and gas systems.
• Collaborate with architectural and structural teams during pre-construction phases.
• Provide technical engineering support, value engineering options, and drafting reviews.
