Site Manger – Construction Manager Working Foreman (Carpentry and/or Plumbing Background)

We are currently recruiting for an experienced working foreman to join a well-established construction contractor delivering high-end residential refurbishment projects across London.

This is a hands-on supervisory role (50/50 split), ideal for someone from a carpentry and/or plumbing background who is confident managing site activities while working alongside trades.

Key Responsibilities:

· Supervise day-to-day site operations

· Work hands-on alongside the team when required

· Project/Construction Manager

· Ensure work is completed to a high standard and on schedule

· Maintain site health & safety compliance

Requirements:

· Minimum 6 months’ experience as a Working Foreman

· Experience in high-end residential construction/refurbishment

· Strong carpentry and/or plumbing background

· SMSTS certification

· Valid First Aid certificate

· Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail

Job Details:

• Location: North-West London
• Hours: 07:30 – 17:00 (Monday to Friday)
• Start Date: ASAP
• Salary: £32,000 – £39,000
• Company van and fuel provided

20+ days holiday entitlement

Pay: £29,323.00-£40,000.00 per year

Education:

• A-Level or equivalent (preferred)

Experience:

• Plumbing: 2 years (preferred)
• Carpentry: 2 years (required)

Licence/Certification:

• Driving Licence (required)

Willingness to travel:

• 50% (preferred)
