About the role

Senior Site Engineer MP responsible for supervising and monitoring all MEP site works (Mechanical, Plumbing, and Fire Protection) to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor all MP site works (Mechanical, Plumbing, and Fire Protection) to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and safety standards
• Lead and minute MP site coordination meetings with client, contractors, and consultants; maintain the action log and drive decision/issue closure within agreed timelines
• Coordinate day-to-day to resolve technical/site issues
• Review shop drawings, method statements, and material submissions, ensuring timely approvals
• Conduct regular inspections, implement QA/QC processes, and maintain accurate site records
• Support the development and execution of commissioning procedures and ensure proper handover documentation
• Monitor health, safety, and environmental compliance at site, reporting infringements and supporting corrective actions
• Provide guidance and technical support to junior engineers/supervisors where required

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• Minimum 10 years of construction site experience in MP works, with both main contractor and consultancy backgrounds
• Strong knowledge of QA/QC procedures, site inspections, and commissioning processes
• Proficiency in design and coordination software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, or equivalent); good command of MS Office
• Solid communication and coordination skills; good command of English preferred
• Team player with strong organizational skills and ability to work under pressure
