Role Description:

Seeking a skilled Mechanical Engineer to supervise mechanical construction works, encompassing HVAC systems, plumbing, drainage, firefighting networks, and central plant utilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise installation of HVAC equipment (chillers, AHUs, FCUs, ductwork), plumbing, and drainage.

• Inspect installation of firefighting piping, sprinkler networks, hydrants, and fire pump sets.

• Witness hydrostatic pressure tests, air balancing (TAB), and mechanical system commissioning.

• Review contractor technical submittals, vendor data, and coordinated MEP layout drawings.

• Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and fire protection codes on-site.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant mechanical site supervision experience.
• Valid Driver's License (Mandatory).
• In-depth knowledge of ASHRAE, NFPA, and international mechanical codes.
• Demonstrated ability to inspect, review, and approve complex mechanical site installations.
• Required Education: Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering
• Required Experience: Minimum 8 Years of field mechanical experience
• Driving License Requirement: Valid Driver's License (Mandatory)
