About the role

We are seeking a Site Operation Coordinator to join our team at our Sipitang, Sabah location. This is a full-time position that plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient day-to-day operations of our site. As Site Operation Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating operational activities, liaising between various departments and external stakeholders, and ensuring that all site operations comply with relevant regulations and company policies. This role is integral to maintaining operational excellence and supporting the strategic objectives of Lead Holding Sdn Bhd.

What you'll be doing

• Coordinating daily site operations and monitoring operational activities to ensure adherence to schedules and targets

• Liaising with internal teams, contractors and external stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and collaboration

• Maintaining detailed records and documentation of site activities, incidents and operational metrics

• Assisting in the development and implementation of operational procedures and best practices

• Monitoring equipment and resource availability to ensure optimal site functionality

• Identifying operational challenges and working collaboratively to develop practical solutions

What we're looking for

• Strong organisational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with diverse stakeholders at all levels

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic, fast-paced site environment

• A valid driving licence and willingness to work on-site in Sipitang, Sabah

• Must able to read and speak Mandarin chinese
