Site Operations & Business Development Manager

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Site Operations & Business Development Manager to oversee the overall operations and performance of multiple sites. The role will be responsible for site management, staff management, operational monitoring, financial performance, business development, customer service, and regular follow-up to ensure that all sites operate efficiently and achieve their business targets.

The candidate will act as a key link between the management and individual sites, ensuring smooth operations, effective staff utilization, proper financial control, and continuous improvement in site performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of all assigned sites and ensure that each site is functioning smoothly and efficiently.
• Monitor site-wise performance, activities, revenue, expenses, and operational issues.
• Ensure complaints and breakdowns are attended to promptly and follow up on pending maintenance and service requirements until completion.
• Prepare regular site-wise operational and performance reports.
• Manage and monitor staff working across different sites and ensure proper allocation of responsibilities.
• Monitor staff attendance, discipline, performance, and productivity and coordinate recruitment and manpower requirements for different sites.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback.
• Track revenue, expenses, collections, and other financial indicators.
• Prepare regular reports on site performance and financial status for management.
• Identify opportunities to increase revenue and improve business performance at existing sites.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase customer footfall and sales.
• Identify potential business opportunities, partnerships, and new locations.
• Coordinate with technical and maintenance teams for preventive and breakdown maintenance.
• Maintain records of service requests, breakdowns, repairs, and pending technical issues.

Key Skills & Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in site management and operations will be preferred.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Good understanding of site operations and business management.
• Strong follow-up and problem-solving abilities.
• Business development and revenue-growth mindset.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple sites and teams simultaneously.
• Willingness to travel between different sites when required.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
