Job Title: Site Operations and Maintenance Coordinator

Job Overview:
The Site Operations & Maintenance Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the efficient, safe, and uninterrupted operation of site facilities. This hands-on role focuses on coordinating maintenance activities, managing service providers, supporting daily site operations, and maintaining high standards of safety, compliance, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage maintenance requests through the CMMS system, including tracking, prioritization, and closure.

Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities to ensure operational continuity.

Oversee vendors and contractors on-site, ensuring quality performance and compliance with HSE requirements.

Support daily site operations, resolve facility-related issues, and escalate technical problems when needed.

Maintain service records, support audits, conduct safety tours, and promote a strong safety culture.

Requirements:
At least 2 years of experience in facilities, maintenance, operations, or technical coordination.

Experience in a Facilities Management environment is an advantage.

Familiarity with CMMS systems and maintenance coordination.

Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to work under pressure.

Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

Native-level Hebrew and good English proficiency.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
