What they need
20-28 years of experience in Site Operations or related field (Plant Operations, Maintenance Operations).
B.Tech / B.E. degree from a recognized institution.
Proven track record in managing large-scale industrial projects involving multiple disciplines such as mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, instrumentation etc.
Oversee daily operations of the site, ensuring smooth functioning of all plant facilities.
Manage maintenance activities to minimize downtime and optimize equipment performance.
Coordinate with various departments (Plant Operations, Maintenance Operations, Manufacturing Operations) to ensure seamless integration.
Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.
