Role & responsibilities:

We are looking for a hands-on Operations Manager who can take ownership of site operations and floor management on a day-to-day basis, ensuring smooth functioning of site activities, efficient resource utilization, and effective coordination across teams.

Preferred candidate profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in site operations / floor management / facility management
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Good communication and coordination abilities
• Ability to multitask and manage on-ground operational challenges
• Graduate in any discipline (preferred)
