Site Preparation Executive

Johnson Lifts Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an ESPD – Site Preparation Executive who will be responsible for ensuring that the installation site is fully ready before lift/elevator material reaches the site. The role involves regular site visits, coordination with customers and contractors, checking technical/site requirements, and ensuring all pending preparation work is completed on time.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure the site is ready before material delivery and installation activities begin.
• Visit project sites and check the readiness of the lift shaft, pit, machine room and other required areas.
• Verify site dimensions and basic requirements as per company specifications.
• Coordinate with customers, builders, contractors and site supervisors for completion of pending work.
• Follow up on civil, electrical and other site-preparation activities.
• Identify site issues, communicate them to the concerned team and ensure timely resolution.
• Coordinate with the installation/project team regarding material delivery and installation schedules.
• Ensure required manpower, tools and site conditions are available before installation.
• Maintain proper records and provide regular updates on site readiness.
• Follow company safety, quality and process standards.

Candidate Requirements

• ITI / Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil or related technical field.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.
• Experience in elevator/lift installation, construction, site supervision or project execution will be preferred.
• Good communication, coordination and follow-up skills.
• Basic understanding of technical drawings, measurements and site requirements.
• Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
• Candidates with good customer and contractor handling skills will be preferred.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
