Site Project Administrator

About the role

Polaris Engineering is seeking an experienced and talented Site Project Administrator to join our team based at Windy Hill, Lake Johnston, WA. This is a casual role, offering flexibility and the opportunity to contribute to the smooth running of our operations on a two weeks on and two weeks off rotation.

What you'll be doing

1. Providing administrative support to the site management team and recruitment with mobilisation and crew changes.
2. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records, including inventories, timesheets, rosters, manifests and other documentation.
3. Coordinating and scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
4. Handling incoming inquiries and directing them to the appropriate personnel.
5. Assisting with the implementation of office procedures and policies.
6. Providing general office support, such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.

What we're looking for

1. Proven experience in an administrative or office support role, preferably in the engineering or construction industry.
2. Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional and customer-focused approach
4. Proficiency in using office software, such, as Microsoft Share Point, Office suit and associated programs.
5. A keen eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy.
6. Flexibility and the ability to adapt to changing priorities and needs
